【今年收到最有意义的红包】
这个客户兼朋友,我们认识了一年多。当初是他朋友介绍来找我写遗嘱,后来聊起保险,才发现他曾是保险受害者,—整家人的保费被骗了一年,原本的保险代理甩锅助理后就消失了。他本来已经彻底对保险死心,打算放弃。
为了让他重拾信心,我花了很多时间劝他,最后他才愿意续保。期间也帮他处理了几次理赔,但后来保费涨价,他真的负担不起了,最终还是选择放弃。虽然这单我没赚佣金,但还是觉得很可惜。
除此之外,他也问我怎么申请离世母亲的遗产。虽然我一直在进修遗产规划和考试,但实际申请的流程,我经验尚浅。出于他对我的信任,我决定陪他一起研究,一步步走流程。
这一年来,我们一起跌跌撞撞,碰了无数次钉子,花了很多时间和精力,终于把申请完成了。真的不容易!
新年后,他特地等我从家乡回来,亲手递给我这个红包,表达他的感谢。那一刻,我深深感受到,这份工作的意义远不只是“卖保险”或“写遗嘱”,而是帮助别人解决真正的问题,陪他们走完重要的流程。很多人对保险代理避之不及,但他却成了那个一直约我喝茶聊天的客户兼朋友。
2025年,我将以全新身份出发,把这份使命继续发扬光大。OS Consultancy,期待未来帮助更多人!

【The Most Meaningful Angpau I Received This Year】
This client-turned-friend and I have known each other for over a year. He was initially referred to me by a friend to draft his will. Later, when we talked about insurance, I discovered that he had been a victim of insurance fraud, his entire family had been paying premiums for a year, only to realize they had been scammed. The original insurance agent shifted the blame to an assistant and then vanished. Having lost all trust, he was ready to give up on insurance completely.
I spent a lot of time convincing him to reconsider, and eventually, he agreed to continue his coverage. Throughout the process, I also helped him with a few claims. However, when the premiums increased, he could no longer afford them and ultimately had to let go of his policies. Even though I didn’t earn any commission from this case, I still felt it was a pity.
Beyond that, he also asked me about the process of claiming his late mother’s estate. While I’ve been continuously taking estate planning courses and exams, I had lesser hands-on experience in handling estate claims. But because he trusted me, I decided to accompany him in researching and navigating the process step by step.
Over the past year, we stumbled our way through countless challenges, faced numerous setbacks, and spent an immense amount of time and effort. But in the end, we finally completed the claim. It was no easy feat!
After the New Year, he waited for me to return from my hometown and personally handed me this angpau as a token of his gratitude. At that moment, I deeply realized that my job is not just about "selling insurance" or "writing wills", it’s about truly helping people solve real problems and guiding them through critical life processes. Many people avoid insurance agents, yet he has become a client and a friend who always wants to catch up over tea.
In 2025, I am stepping forward with a renewed sense of purpose, determined to carry on this mission. OS Consultancy looks forward to helping even more people in the future!
