Kae Ling - Life Insurance Advisor Life is like a book,
I’m flipping through it page by page. So many stories have unfolded before,
I just wish to record it all.

If it sparks a bit of inspiration for you,
That’s more than enough.

🚨𝗔 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗪𝗮𝗶𝘁

A month plus ago, while attending my club's AGM, I received a missed call from my client, followed by a message:

"Please call me now"

I immediately sensed something was wrong so I quickly excused myself and returned her call immediately.

Her daughter had suddenly developed a severe headache and nausea and was rushed to the nearest hospital. Understandably, her first question was:

"Will my insurance cover this?"

Since her policy was still new (less than 2 years), I advised her not to worry but focus on her daughter's treatment first while I would assist with the claim process later.

The doctor diagnosed 𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘀 and recommended an MRI scan for brain, to rule out other serious conditions.

Concerned about the cost -- RM2K+, she asked whether this outpatient MRI would be claimable.

I reassured her that as long as the scan was medically necessary, it would be covered under her latest medical card.

Thankfully, the MRI results were normal. Thereafter, I assisted with the necessary medical report application and claim submission.

Reviewing and upgrading your medical coverage regularly can help ensure you have more comprehensive protection when you need it most.

If you haven't reviewed your medical plan for years, it would be time for a check-up now!

这位工人做了8年 Senior Manager of Application Engineering。

Frontal lobe
Manager level

PERKESO说他fit to work——但fit to work ≠ fit for this role。

Medical termination

Occupational Health Doctor
