"Honestly, skills alone aren’t enough 💡. You also need knowledge — all kinds of knowledge 📚. You meet so many different people: business owners, salary workers, entrepreneurs… each has their own world. To connect and guide them, you need to understand their field too 👔💼.
Soft skills are important, but you also need technical knowledge, awareness, and adaptability 🌐. Every person is different, every situation is unique — you have to be ready for all of it.
For anyone starting out, I honestly think insurance is one of the best first jobs 🚀. It teaches you life skills, builds resilience, and yes… trains you to handle rejection 💪. After a while, your heart feels like steel 🛡️ — no matter what comes, you’re prepared.
Being in this career is tough, but it’s truly rewarding 🌟.
