ARSTF Income Distribution Announcement.

We are pleased to announce an income distribution of 4.50 sen per unit for AmanahRaya Syariah Trust Fund (ARSTF) for the financial year ending 31 August 2026. The distribution amounts to a total distribution payout of RM73.2 million benefiting unit holders across 1.63 billion units in circulation.

Mr. Mohamad Shafik Badaruddin, our CEO highlighted that “As a fund that has been running since 2006, ARSTF is living proof of Malaysia’s stable sukuk market. On top of that stability, we add strong ex*****on discipline, manage duration properly and avoid chasing yield that isn’t worth the risk. To be able to do this consistently and produce returns sustainably is what makes the fund worth holding for the long term.”

We are pleased to announce an income distribution of 4.10 sen per unit for AmanahRaya Unit Trust Fund (ARUTF) for the financial year ending 31 July 2026.

The distribution represents a total distribution payout of RM3.00 million benefiting unit holders across 73.22 million units in circulation.

Mr. Mohamad Shafik Badaruddin, our CEO highlighted that “ARUTF’s achievements reflect the consistency of our investment process and the commitment of our investment team in managing the fund through various market condition. We remain focused on applying research-driven approach and prudent risk management practices to support the fund’s investment objectives.”

An afternoon of good company, great conversations and of course the King of Fruits.

On 21 July, ARIM hosted its Durian Party at YTJT Café, welcoming our clients, business partners and staff for an afternoon of fellowship and appreciation.

Our Chairman, Datuk Ismail Kamaruddin, opened the event with a warm welcoming address that set the tone for the day.

Guests indulged in a premium spread of Black Thorn, Musang King and Udang Merah, alongside local favourites, mangosteen, longan and rambutan and a buffet spread for all to enjoy.

Beyond the feast, the gathering was a chance to strengthen bonds across our teams, reconnect with valued clients and partners, and say thank you for the trust and support that continues to drive us forward.

As part of our CSR and ESG commitments, AmanahRaya Investment Management (ARIM) organised a Beach Clean-Up and Seed Harvesting Programme at Pantai Bagan Lalang, Sepang, in collaboration with the Malaysian Nature Society (MNS).

Led by ARIM’s CEO, Encik Mohamad Shafik Badaruddin, and joined by 50 staff, the programme raised awareness of environmental threats facing our coastlines and promoted hands-on conservation through beach clean-up and seed harvesting activities.

We believe such initiatives make a positive environmental impact while strengthening our commitment to community and sustainability across the organisation.
