你之前是不是也是这样想的？

没立到遗嘱财产就会直接给政府？
答案是：不会的X
有遗嘱（时间短，手续简单）
律师去法院申请GP （Grand of Probate）执行遗嘱分配
•需要合法继承人聘请律师来安排一切手续所需时间：半年到一年
•没遗嘱（时间长，程序麻烦）
政府会根据图中的遗产分配法来分财产。
• 需要合法继承人申请LA（Letter of Administration)
所需时间：一年或更长
如果是父母去世/没有配偶和孩子，就会根据这个顺序分配：
1 兄弟姐妹
2 祖父母
3 父母的兄弟姐妹
4 曾祖父母
5 政府
法律的分配不一定符合每个人的情况所以立一份遗嘱可以确保亲人得到保障.也能省掉一些程序上麻烦
