⚠️ The undisbursed loan sum payable to the developer is to be paid from the Balance Purchase Price of the auction⚠️

Kes ini telah pun Re-auction balik, tanah simpanan Melayu. Maksudnya hanya untuk orang Melayu sahaja boleh bid.

Tetapi, klausa tambahan kali ini menyatakan pembeli dikehendaki menanggung baki harga jualan yang belum diselesaikan oleh pembeli asal.

Inilah hidden kos dia.. Hati-hati ya.. Boleh call bank lawyer kalo serius buyer untuk check berapa banyak kena settle. Need POS boleh roger Jay. Terima kasih.

This just in. 28 September 2021.

Government going to implement ceiling (not selling ya) price for affordable housing in secondary market (subsales).

What does this means? If you plan to invest in Rumawip, Selangorku, Pr1ma, and any other regulated housing, think again.
Unless buying for own stay or next generation.

FAR Capital & FR already practising this years ago, we don't invest low cost and regulated housing. Instead, we are helping B40 to own property that they are renting, by subsidised downpayment.

Some of the reasons:

- Overall poor market sentiment. Debt problems of the US and China's Evergrande. More tensions are rising between both nations.
- Easing Covid cases especially serious ones.
- Last quarter didn't do so well despite good fully year profits.

- ASP of glove products are on declining trend.
- Faces tough competition from cheaper China manufacturers, some of which are more eco-friendly than us, apparently.

- Even US companies stockpiling raw materials to set up factories to make their own nitrile gloves now.
- Faces competition from other types of synthetic glove making that are used in more sectors/applications today.
