(KPK), a whollyowned subsidiary of the Kelantan State Economic Development Corporation (PKINK), was incorporated on 26 June 1979 with an authorized capital of RM20 million, and a paid up capital of RM19.5 million. A limited liability logging and saw milling oriented company, KPK was endowed with a concession area of 92.5 thousand hectares in 1984. KPK has also ventured in the downstream activities such as kiln drying, moulding, and finger jointing.
