Surprisingly, masih ramai tak tau yg medical card ni bukan kita boleh ambil easily selepas kita sakit, if thats the case, agent tak perlu promote pun, mmg ramai client yg dtg sendiri 😅 No ya guys, medical cards, or any insurance/takaful plans, we need to get it when we are healthy as a horse

This awareness sebenarnya sangat ramai lagi yg belum tahu. Especially yg dah biasa guna corporate benefit, they assume personal medical plan pun sama. And even worse, they assume they can get personal medical plan bila2 masa walaupun dah sakit. Please sebarkan this info ya guys.

Sakit yg sama, medical card yg sama, agent yg sama, result claim berbeza?

Rupanya, tempat dapatkan treatment yg berbeza.

Masa client ni discharge dari hospital, dia kene topup banyak benda, AlA tak cover makanan?? rupanya human error. Terkejut sis

Soalan common orang tanya, sy dah ada insuran, perlu ke tak Lindung 24jam? kene faham 4 basic plans ni, all
4 complimenting each other.

Kalau tanya staff2 hospital ni, mesti banyak drama yg melibatkan issue ni, sebab ramai client tak ingt plan dia macam mana. Ingtkan masuk hospital free2 je dah ada medical card

Ada banyak je kes kita submit claim jumlah lain, tapi yg approve bukan sepenuhnya. Kene tau kenapa tak dapat the whole claim
