🏗️ 建筑公司为了取得工程合约，支付 Commission / Management Fee 是很常见的情况。

但你知道吗？

不是所有 Commission 都可以直接扣税。

很多企业看到 Invoice 上写：

✅ Commission
✅ Management Fee
✅ Consultant Fee

就直接归类为费用处理。

但税务上，重点并不是费用名称，而是：

📌 这笔费用支付的目的是什么？
📌 收款方提供了什么服务？
📌 收款方是否有实际参与项目？

例如：

如果对方只是帮助公司取得工程合约，成功拿到 Project 后没有进一步参与，相关费用可能被视为 Kick-back（回扣），不符合税务扣除条件。

但是，如果对方在取得 Contract 后仍持续参与：

✅ Contract Management
✅ Project Coordination
✅ Progress Monitoring

该费用可能属于 Commission / Management Fee，并可作为 Administrative Expenses 处理。

因此，处理这类费用时，会计人员需要关注：

✔️ Agreement
✔️ Scope of Work
✔️ Supporting Documents
✔️ Actual Services Provided

建筑行业账务不像普通 Trading Business，费用分类和税务处理需要结合 Contract 实际情况判断。
