One quote from our boss, Andy, really resonated with me:

"If you don't give it your all now, life will make you pay later."

This carries the same meaning as the old saying:

"A youth who does not work hard will regret it in old age."

Many people believe life is long enough, so we keep telling ourselves, "Later," "Maybe tomorrow," or "I'll do it another day." Before we realize it, our golden years have already passed. When we grow older, we often look back and think, "I should have done this," or "I should have taken that opportunity." But time waits for no one. If there's something you truly want to do, do it now. Don't let yourself live with the regret of never pursuing what truly mattered to you.

Another piece of wisdom from Andy that deeply inspired me was:

"Don't become so poor that all you have is money."

While earning money is important, life is about much more than financial success. We also need to take care of our physical health, spend quality time with our family and loved ones, stay connected with friends, continue learning and growing, make time for rest and recreation, nurture loving relationships, pursue career development, achieve personal fulfillment, and contribute positively to society.

These two days reminded me that true success is not measured only by wealth, but by living a balanced, meaningful, and purposeful life.
