顾客孩子住院七、八天，整个治疗前后用了二十多千。出院后，顾客非常感激我，也很感谢公司这么快完成理赔，还帮忙安排了那么好的医生和医院。为了表达谢意，顾客特地送了我一个礼蓝。

I always hear people say they can’t get their claims approved — but I’m really glad that I’ve been able to help my customers handle theirs smoothly. This month alone, I’ve assisted with many outpatient claims. I’m genuinely happy to help them get their medical fees reimbursed, even if the amount is small.
