今天想跟大家分享一个我们经常协助客户申请的理赔——个人意外险（Personal Accident）。

很多人常说：“这个保费很便宜，真的有用吗？”
其实，个人意外险最大的特点就是：保费不高，保障却不小。

有些客户每个月只需缴付 RM20、RM30，甚至 RM50，却能在意外发生时获得相当实用的保障。即使只是到诊所看医生、转介专科医生，只要符合保单条款，都有机会获得理赔。

最近有位客户不小心跌倒，导致脊椎受伤。虽然没有住院，但她接受了专科医生治疗，也进行了几次物理治疗（Physiotherapy）。我已经协助她申请理赔，最后成功获得 大概RM1,400 的赔偿。
