Chapter 1: Me & My Early Education
Assalamualaikum and Salam sejahtera. Allow me to give a proper introduction to Facebook squad. This will be my first official writing that I will continuously do from now on (hope I can maintain insyaAllah). Give me the opportunity to explore and engage with my Facebook friends by reading my story.
I would like to share a story about myself. It will not be a proud thing to share but for sure it will inspire people who need it. Let’s start with my education history I received my early education from SK Sungai Gelugor. I was cultural shocked because since standard 1 every student is doing so well at understanding what teacher is teaching in front. While me, I don’t really know how to read YET. I began to learn about reputation. I MUST NOT SHOW I CANNOT DO THIS AND I MUST STAY IN THE FIRST CLASS. But it was so challenging because my circle are so crazy genius kids I couldn’t catch up. I never planned on competing to be in TOP 10 in my school (even top 30).
However, I wasn’t consistent sometimes I dropped to second class in standard 2 and 4. The second thing that I learned here is GIVING UP IS NEVER AN OPTION. I just keep focusing on my own progress as long as I can be accepted at prestigious secondary school someday. I remembered during my mid test in standard 5, there are 42 students in my class and my result is not something that I can make my family proud. I was at no.41. I was speechless, how am I going to tell this to my family? They’re going to scream and be disappointed. But they didn’t scold me and luckily in standard 6 I was so blessed by Allah swt managed to maintain to be in the first class.
Fast forward to UPSR as I expected I didn’t get straight A’s. Out of 42 students in my class. 39 students get straights A’s and I’m among the unfortunate 3. I cried so hard thinking I had disappointed my parents. I have done my best, but I failed.
All prestigious schools in Penang rejected me but God blessed I was given a second chance, SMK Bukit Gambir had a special programme called Kelas Rancangan Khas for students who have good education record but didn’t manage to be placed in better school. Among us are 4A1B or 3A2B.
What I would like to express here is Allah swt is the Most Merciful. He knows what I desire, and I’ve work so hard for it. We need have faith and trust His plan. There are reasons why we get these challenges is to teach us the meaning of life. Life has its ups and downs, and we must overcome every situation that life throws at us. Accept the problems with open hands and in the process, we find the solutions. As at that time I have not find my solution, but I was given a second chance to try again. I will continue my story tomorrow on what happened in secondary school.
P/S: I am hiring limited slots for Takaful Agents that has promising 5-digit income. Whatever background that you have right now it doesn’t matter as long as you are spirited and always looking for an opportunity to change your lifestyle from zero to hero. If you have sales and marketing skills is an advantage.
Lots of Love,
