*MARKETING EXCEUTIVE*

PINKLADY is looking for a Marketing Executive who will be responsible for tracking & managing advertisements across all paid media channels.
You will be actively liaising with the brand, campaign, product development & marketing, and creative divisions, so communication skills, presentation, interpersonal skill & the ability to maintain an organized approach are highly valued.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Manage the Company’s website and social media profiles and presence by monitoring and continuous developing engaging, creative, innovative ideas and contents.
- Research and analyse social media trends to improve campaign efficiencies.
- Manages and set up regular training & up to date information sharing with company’s staffs.
- Supports marketing administration, marketing planning, ex*****on and other marketing ad-hocs. Supports Online team (Ecommerce & Online Sales team) in administration work.
- Prepare weekly & monthly reports for company.
- Consistently monitors the effectiveness of campaigns in order to maximize results moving forwards.
Responsibilities:
- Developing, testing, and implementing effective paid media strategies
- Managing and optimizing multiple Google Ads and Social Media Ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc) campaigns
- Managing campaign budgets and bid adjustments to maximize ROI
- Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Creating engaging, clear, relevant, and concise campaign copy
- Developing product development & marketing lines for company and enhancing key relationships with various programmatic/ad network vendors
- Keeping up with the latest paid media trends and techniques
- Quarterly review on media landscape, competitors, plans, etc.
- Analyse and report audience information and demographics, as well as the success of the social media projects and non-social media platforms.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of working experience in a performance marketing role
- Experience working in an e-commerce would be a plus
- Ability to understand and absorb complex technical concepts and effectively commnicate them to a non-technical audience
- Analytical thinking skills are required, expert understanding of spreadsheets, databases, to analyze and optimize campaign performance
- Good team player and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision under tight deadlines
- Internet savvy and eager to keep up to date on the latest market trends and new advances
