Grateful moments like this are why I do what I do. 💙
This client was involved in an auto accident here in **La Paz**, right in the middle of preparing a move back to the **United States**. With a very tight deadline, his vehicle needed to be repaired within **three weeks** so he could get back on the road in time. AXA claim has been finalized.
Thanks to close coordination, persistence, and working directly with AXA, the repairs were completed, and he was able to return to the U.S. on schedule without added stress during an already difficult transition.
The claim was paid with added funds for expedited parts for the repair from the initial claim offer from AXA!
This is exactly why having a **good, responsive insurance agent in Mexico** matters.
With his permission, I’m sharing his message below:
“Hi Alissa, I just wanted to once again thank you and Arturo but mostly you for all your efforts on our behalf. I don't think I've ever had a better service experience in my entire life. You are truly amazing in your capacity for caring, your diligence, and tenacity. My only regret is that our professional relationship has for now come to an end. If you need anything please don't hesitate to let me know. I don't have FB but Deb is planning on leaving a review on there soon. Thank you. (We got the money in our account) I wish you and your family the very best. Take care.

AXA paid the claim, the client is happy as can be, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the trust placed in us. 🙏
If you’re living in or moving to Mexico, choose an agent who will stand with you when it matters most.
