အာမခံကုမ္ပဏီတွေ ခိုင်မာရဲ့လား။

အာမခံလုပ်ငန်း (အာမခံကုမ္ပဏီ) တွေဟာ စီမံကိန်း၊ ဘဏ္ဍာရေးနှင့် စက်မှု ဝန်ကြီးဌာနရဲ့ လက်အောက်ဌာနခွဲ တစ်ခုဖြစ်သော ငွေရေးကြေးရေး ကြီးကြပ်စီစစ်ရေးဌာန FRD နှင့် အာမခံလုပ်ငန်းကြီးကြပ်ရေးအဖွဲ့ IBRB တွေရဲ့ ကြီးကြပ်ကွပ်ကဲမှုတွေအောက်မှာ လုပ်ကိုင်ဆောင်ရွက် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးရပါတယ်။

အဆင့်ဆင့် စီစစ်အကဲဖြတ် ခွင့်ပြုချက်ရမှ အာမခံလုပ်ငန်း လုပ်ကိုင်ခွင့် လိုင်စင် ရရှိတာဖြစ်ပြီး အာမခံဝန်ဆောင်မှု ပေးခွင့်ရတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဘဏ္ဍာရေးပိုင်းအရလည်း Paidup Capital အဖြစ် General Insurance အတွက် ကျပ် (သန်းပေါင်း ၄၀,၀၀၀)၊ Life Insurance အတွက် ကျပ် (သန်းပေါင်း ၆,၀၀၀)၊ စုစုပေါင်း ကျပ် ၄၆ ဘီလီယျံ သတ်မှတ်ထားပါတယ်။ ဒါ့အပြင် Treasure Bond တွေ၊ Reserved Fund တွေအဖြစ် အရံရန်ပုံငွေများလည်း သီးသန့်စီမံထားကြပါတယ်။

▪️Paidup Capital - 46 Billion ရဲ့ 10% ဖြစ်တဲ့ 4.6 Billion ကို Myanmar Economics Bank - MEB (မြန်မာ့စီးပွားရေးဘဏ်) မှာ Deposit သွင်းထားရပါတယ်။..
▪️Paidup Capital ရဲ့ 30% ဖြစ်တဲ့ 13.8 Billion ကို Treasure Bond (ငွေတိုက်စာချုပ်) တွေ ဝယ်ယူထားရပါတယ်။

၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ် မှာ ပြည်ပ အသက်အာမခံကုမ္ပဏီ (၅) ခုလည်း တရားဝင် လုပ်ကိုင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခွင့် ရရှိနေပြီ ဖြစ်ပြီး ပြည်တွင်းရှိ နိုင်ငံတော်ပိုင် မြန်မာ့အာမခံလုပ်ငန်းအပါအဝင် ပြည်တွင်း ပုဂ္ဂလိကအာမခံကုမ္ပဏီများထဲမှ အချို့ကလည်း ကမ္ဘာ့ထိပ်တန်း ပြည်ပအာမခံကုမ္ပဏီအချို့ရဲ့ ရင်းနှီးမြုပ်နှံမှုများနှင့်အတူ Joint Venture အကျိုးတူ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်လာကြပြီဖြစ်လို့ ယခင်ကထက် ပိုပြီးခိုင်မာလာသလို ပိုပြီး ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးလာနိုင်တော့မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

အာမခံလုပ်ငန်းဟာ အာမခံထားသူ မိသားစုဝင်များရဲ့ ဆုံးရှုံးမှုများအတွက် စီမံခန့်ခွဲပေးရတဲ့ Risk Management ဝန်ဆောင်မှုတစ်ခု ဖြစ်လို့ အာမခံကုမ္ပဏီတွေ ကိုယ်တိုင်ကလည်း Risk Mitigation အစီအမံတွေ ကြိုတင်စီမံထားကြပါတယ်။

အာမခံထားသူတွေရဲ့ ငွေပမာဏ များပြားတဲ့ အာမခံထားရှိမှုတွေကို အပြည့်အ၀ ၀န်ဆောင်မှုပေးနိုင်ဖို့ အတွက် နိုင်ငံတော်ပိုင် မြန်မာ့အာမခံလုပ်ငန်းအပါအဝင် ပြည်တွင်းရှိ အာမခံကုမ္ပဏီအားလုံး ပါဝင်တဲ့ Risk ကို မျှဝေလက်ခံတဲ့ Co-Insurance စနစ်ကိုလည်း ကျင့်သုံးကြပါတယ်။
ဒါ့အပြင် ပြည်ပအာမခံကုမ္ပဏီများနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ပြီး Reinsurance (တဆင့်အာမခံ) ထားရှိခြင်းစနစ် များဖြင့် ကြိုတင်အစီအမံတွေ ထားရှိထားကြပါတယ်။

အာမခံကုမ္ပဏီများဟာ အာမခံအမျိုးအစားအလိုက် Funding များလည်း ထူထောင်ထားရပါတယ်။ ဒါကတော့ Company တစ်ခုချင်းစီရဲ့ Working Capital, Income Statement တို့ပေါ် မူတည်ပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Finance အပိုင်းတွေက သတ်မှတ်ထားရှိကြရပါတယ်။

အသက်အာမခံလုပ်ငန်းဘက်မှာဆိုလည်း
အသက်အာမခံပေါ်လစီရှင်များရဲ့ အကျိုးခံစားခွင့်များကို စိတ်ချစွာ ကာကွယ်ရန်အတွက် အသက်အာမခံ ရန်ပုံငွေစာရင်းများကိုလည်း သီးသန့် ဖွင့်လှစ်ထားရှိရပါတယ်။

လက်ရှိ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ အသက်အာမခံကုမ္ပဏီ (၁၈) ခု ရှိပါတယ်။ နိုင်ငံတော်ပိုင် (၁) ခု၊ ပြည်တွင်းကုမ္ပဏီ (၉) ခု၊ ပြည်တွင်းပြည်ပ ဖက်စပ်ကုမ္ပဏီ (၃)ခုနဲ့ ရာနှုန်းပြည့် ရင်းနှီးမြုပ်နှံမှုနှင့် လုပ်ကိုင်ခွင့်ရထားတဲ့ ပြည်ပကုမ္ပဏီ (၅) ခု ရှိပါတယ်။

အာမခံကုမ္ပဏီ တစ်ခုချင်းစီမှာ သူ့အားသာချက်နဲ့သူ ရှိကြပါတယ်။ အသက်အာမခံ အမျိုးအစားတွေဆိုရင်လည်း ကုမ္ပဏီတိုင်းမှာ တူညီစွာ ရနိုင်တဲ့ Product တွေရှိသလို ... သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ကုမ္ပဏီတွေက Own Product အနေနဲ့ ထုတ်ထားတဲ့ အမျိုးအစားတွေလည်း ရှိပါတယ်။အာမခံထားမယ့်သူရဲ့ လိုအပ်ချက်ပေါ် မူတည်ပြီး ကိုက်ညီတဲ့ Cover တွေရအောင် သင့်တော်မယ့် အမျိုးအစား၊ ပိုကောင်းတဲ့ အမျိုးအစားကို ရွေးချယ်ထားရှိနိုင်ဖို့ လိုပါတယ်။

ဒါကြောင့် မိမိနှစ်သက်ရာ အာမခံကုမ္ပဏီများမှာ အာမခံထားရှိပြီး အကာအကွယ်ယူထားခြင်းဖြင့် ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ Future Financial Plan တွေကို လုံခြုံစိတ်ချစွာ စီမံထားနိုင်ပါတယ်။ အဓိကက အာမခံ Product ရဲ့ Plan, Benefit ကို အရင်လေ့လာပါ။ ပြီးမှ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အာမခံကုမ္ပဏီကို ရွေးချယ်ပါ။
