Yesterday's launch of the State of the YNEET Report was more than a presentation of findings.

While participants commended the insights, OnTheJob program beneficiaries urged stakeholders to expand the reach of these vital interventions into more remote communities.

From financial constraints to a thriving tech career.

Two years ago, Joel shared how the SkillSprint On-the-Job program changed his life. After secondary school, his academic and career dreams were completely stalled due to financial barriers.

Fast forward to our recent Y-NEET Desk Report Presentation, and the reality remains clear: thousands of young Nigerians are still trapped in this invisible transitional phase, lacking access to critical digital skills.

Joel’s journey is living proof of what happens when we intentionally bridge that gap. Through our partnership with Google, he went from having zero tech knowledge to landing his very first paid role as a digital marketer.
