Huge congratulations to Laurent Lathieyre. He's one founder with two exits! Both delivered in partnership with the Runa team!

We are delighted that one of our portfolio companies SimpliField has been acquired by Field Agent.

We began working with the SimpliField team in 2017 when we led a $4 million funding round. Then in 2020, SimpliField's growth continued with an $11 million series A round, which Runa participated in.

The combination of SimpliField and Field Agent creates a business with more than 150 employees worldwide with revenues of over $20 million.

Professor Dr. Alain Aspect, co-founder of our portfolio company PASQAL, has received a Nobel Prize for Physics jointly with John Clauser and Anton Zeilinger, "for experiments with entangled photons, establishing the violation of Bell inequalities and pioneering quantum information science".

Pasqal builds quantum computers from ordered neutral atoms in 2D and 3D arrays to bring a practical quantum advantage to its customers in addressing real-world problems, especially in quantum simulation and optimization. Pasqal plans to deliver a 1,000-qubit quantum solution by 2023. Its list of customers already includes Johnson & Johnson, LG, Airbus, BMW Group, EDF, Thales, MBDA and Credit Agricole CIB.

We invested in Pasqal's Series A round in 2021 and can't wait to see what the team will achieve in the future.
