GEOSKOPE.Ltd ongoing Rehabilitation and Periodic Maintenance on the Phebe to Gbonota road Corridor in Suakoko B**g County. Implemented through the Ministry of Public Works-Republic of Liberia, and funded by the Government of Liberia through the National Road Fund of Liberia.

Geoskope recently completed the second phase of rehabilitation and periodic maintenance on 32.5 kilometers of laterite road from Buchanun Big Joe Town junction to the LAC main entrance in Grand Bassa County. The project is funded by the Liberian Agricultural Company-LAC.

We are seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in general road construction, supervision, and project management to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, design, and supervise general road construction projects.
• Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site engineering challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a Master's degree is an added advantage in a related field.
• Specialization and proven experience in general road construction.
• Minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong background in construction supervision and project management.
• Good knowledge of engineering standards, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision, and willing to travel throughout Liberia and other West African countries.

Monitor budgets and control expenses

Reconcile bank statements and accounts

Support audits and financial reviews

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
