Join the GAAP Microfinance Team
�Are you passionate about financial services and ready to make a difference in communities? GAAP Microfinance is expanding and we’re looking for dynamic individuals to fill the following positions:

1. ACCOUNTANT (1 Position)

Terms of Reference (TOR):
* Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
* Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards and regulatory requirements
* Manage bank reconciliations, payroll, and statutory deductions
* Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
* Support audits and implement audit recommendations
* Maintain fixed asset register and inventory controls
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* An experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.Zoho)
* Strong analytical and reporting

2. LOAN OFFICER (2 Positions)
Terms of Reference (TOR):

* Identify, assess, and recruit potential loan clients
* Conduct loan appraisals, risk assessments, and recommend approvals
* Monitor repayment schedules and conduct follow-ups on overdue accounts
* Maintain strong client relationships a
* Prepare regular reports on loan portfolio performance
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and credit procedures
Qualifications & Experience:
* Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
* Prior experience in microfinance or lending is an asset
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and meet targets
