Enlightenment on Public Financial Management Law (PFM Law) of Liberia:MAC's understanding of Budget Ex*****on Processes: Reallocation of National Budget Appropriation!!!
Cecelia Sam Financial Consultation Services has beginning today commenced the enlightenment of Ministries, Agencies and Commissions on the PFM Law of Liberia. The last time was SOE's.
Part IV, section 33 required MAC's to follow what it requires in reallocating approved National Budget Appropriations.
The law requires that, "Following the adoption of the National Budget, all transfer of funds with in the budget shall be done consistent with the Budget Transfer Act of 2008".
It goes further to explain that, "Cumulative budget allocations shall be reported in the quarterly fiscal outurn prepare by the Minister ".
