📈 විරුද්ධ මතවාදී (Contrarian) ආයෝජනයේ බලය

බොහෝ ආයෝජකයින් මිල ඉහළ යන විට සහ සියල්ලෝම උද්යෝගයෙන් මිලදී ගන්නා විට ආයෝජනය කිරීමට කැමතියි. නමුත් බොහෝ අවස්ථාවල එය අවදානම වැඩිම කාලය වේ.

ලෝකයේ සාර්ථකම ආයෝජකයින් කිහිප දෙනෙකු අපට ඉගැන්වූ වැදගත් පාඩමක් ඇත.

හොඳම අවස්ථා බොහෝවිට මතුවන්නේ බිය සහ අවිශ්වාසය පවතින කාලවලදීය.

Contrarian Investing කියන්නේ අනිත් අය කරන දේට විරුද්ධව අන්ධ ලෙස ක්‍රියා කිරීම නොවේ.

එය,

✅ සමූහයාගේ හැඟීම්වලට නොව කරුණු මත තීරණ ගැනීමයි.
✅ තාවකාලිකව නොසලකා හරින ලද හොඳ ව්‍යාපාර සොයා ගැනීමයි.

✅ උද්යෝගය සහ ලාභ ලෝභය පාලනය කිරීමයි.
