As Chief Quantity Surveyor at Malwatta Construction, it's inspiring to witness the progress and potential of such a comprehensive project. I am pleased to announce that I have finished all quantity surveying (part-time) tasks for a remarkable hotel project in collaboration with Contract Management and Cost Consultants Kandy.

From estimating initial costs to managing costs throughout the project lifecycle, our team has diligently ensured that every aspect of the hotel's construction is on schedule and within budget. 💼💡
