The Payment Cards Industry Association (PCIA) appoints new Executive Committee at its Annual General Meeting for the year 2026/2027
The PCIA concluded the AGM for 2026/2027 at the Cinnamon Lake Side on 26th March 2026 with the participation of the member banks and financial institutions.

The PCIA extends a heartfelt appreciation to the outgoing Executive Committee for their outstanding leadership, dedication, and tireless efforts throughout the past year.
The newly appointed committee now looks ahead with enthusiasm to work in collaboration with all stakeholders to further enhancing the payment landscape in Sri Lanka in line with the mission and vision of the PCIA.
The Payment Cards Industry Association of Sri Lanka (PCIA) is Sri Lanka’s leading industry body for card and digital payments, bringing together all card issuing and payment acquiring banks, financial institutions to drive collaboration and standardization.
It plays a key role in shaping policy through engagement with the regulator & card networks promoting secure payment practices, and supporting the adoption of digital payments across the country. PCIA also focuses on improving industry capabilities, strengthening fraud prevention, and advancing financial inclusion.
Overall, PCIA acts as a catalyst for building a secure, innovative, and inclusive digital payments ecosystem in Sri Lanka
