Lead Generation Specialist (Remote - Work From Home)
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers to drive new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and Prospecting Leads – Use online platforms, social media, and lead generation tools to find potential customers that fit our ideal target audience.
Outbound Outreach – Engage with prospects through email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and other outreach methods to generate interest.
Lead Qualification – Assess leads based on predefined criteria and pass high-quality prospects to the sales team for conversion.
Database Management – Maintain and update an organized lead database to track progress and ensure seamless follow-ups.
Performance Tracking & Optimization – Monitor lead generation metrics and suggest improvements to enhance outreach effectiveness.
Collaboration with Sales Teams – Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, or sales development.
Strong research and prospecting skills, with experience using LinkedIn, CRM software, and email marketing tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage and nurture prospects effectively.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
Self-motivated and goal-driven, capable of working independently in a remote environment.
