ورشة عمل متخصصة في أوبتيموس OPTIMUS زحلة بعنوان "المحامي و التحكيم". 🇱🇧
برعاية و تنظيم شركة أوبتيموس Optimus
، جرت ورشة عمل متخصصة في مقر الشركة في زحلة، بالتعاون مع ممثلة نقابة المحامين في دائرة زحلة القضائية المحامية ريتا براكس ، و قد قدم المحاضرة الصديق الدكتور نبيل الجوهري من انترناشيونال كاونسيل و استفاض بشرح قانوني و عملي بهذا المجال ، كما اجاب على اسئلة و استفسارات الحضور الكبير و المتنوع من الاساتذة المحامين و المحاميات .
و قد افتتحت الأستاذة براكس الورشة بكلمة ترحيبية شاملة ، تلتها كلمة ترحيبية لمدير عام شركة أوبتيموس OPTIMUS الدكتور حسن العلي الذي سلط الضوء على ما يتم تقديمه من خدمات استشارية و تدريبية للعموم في أوبتيموس ، كما أشار اضاء على الابتكار المعرفي و لا سيما في مجال القانون و الوساطة و التحكيم خاصة و ان أوبتيموس شريك موثوق للهيئة العالمية لادارة الابتكار GIMI و مركزها في ماساتشوستس- الولايات المتحدة الاميركية. 🇺🇸
هذا و قد أثنى الحضور من الاساتذة المحاميين و المحاميات بمضمون الورشة و تمنوا تقديم المزيد من هذه الورش الهامة و الفريدة من نوعها في زحلة- البقاع و لبنان .💪💪

A specialized workshop titled “The Lawyer and Arbitration” was held at Optimus in Zahle.🇱🇧
Sponsored and organized by Optimus, the workshop took place at the company’s headquarters in Zahle, in collaboration with the representative of the Beirut Bar Association in the Zahle judicial district, attorney Rita Brax. The lecture was delivered by Dr. Nabil El-Jouhari from International Counsel, who provided an in-depth legal and practical explanation of the topic, and addressed the questions and inquiries of a large and diverse audience of male and female lawyers.
Attorney Brax opened the workshop with a comprehensive welcoming speech, followed by a welcome address from the General Manager of Optimus, Dr. Hassan Al Ali. In his remarks, he highlighted the consulting and training services offered by Optimus to the public, and shed light on knowledge innovation—particularly in the fields of law, mediation, and arbitration—especially as Optimus is a trusted partner of the Global Innovation Management Institute (GIMI), headquartered in Massachusetts, USA.🇺🇸
The participating lawyers expressed their appreciation for the content of the workshop and voiced their interest in having more of these important and unique workshops in Zahle, the Bekaa region, and across Lebanon.🇱🇧 💪💪
