Delivery of purchased products to customers is done within 7 working days from the date the order is made. The cost of delivery within Lebanon is to be paid by YellowRosa provided the purchase is to the value of $50 or more. To all other countries the cost of delivery is to be paid by the customer. Payment

Payment in cash of the purchased product can be made by one of two ways. 1) upon delivery. (Cash on Delivery), or 2) upon making the order, prior to delivery, by such services as Western Union. We accept certified checks but we cannot accept credit cards. Taxes and customs duty

Where applicable, taxes and customs duty are to be paid by the customer. At YellowRosa we aim to please our customers at all costs. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item you can do that within three days from the date of delivery provided all tickets originally attached to the product remain in place and the item is wrapped in its original package, and, of course, the item you wish to return had not been used.
