Unfortunately everyone is trying to sell a product or a stock they don’t have or even own.
So it is easy, and it is creating a chaos and trust issues between Real buyers and Sellers.
I guess factories and brand owners has to put an end for this violation. By accrediting sellers on thiere behalf that fulfill certain criteria. And publish the names.
So for example if someone is offering a certain glove brand he need to be certified from the brand or the factory itself.
Otherwise we should not deal with.
So before they ask about the LOI, POF and LOA they should present the certificate that he is authorized by the brand owner to sell his product.
So bottom line we need to put pressure on factories to gave licenses and publish names of the authorized sellers om there behalf.
