The plot area is 4930 m2, the building contents of tow floors (Ground and Mezzanine floor), the total built up area is 3248 m2 contents the theater hall with 800 seats, 6 classrooms, adminstation rooms and services.

DAR AlHadiah Consultant was commissioned by The Public Authority for Applied Education and Training to undertake the study and design for COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGICAL STUDIES Electrical & Electronic Engineering Departments.

The project is located in the Shuwaikh campus of the Public Authority for Applied education and Training. The plot area is 23400.0 m2, the building contents of five floors (Basement, ground, first, second and roof floor) divided into 5 blocks (A, B, C, D and E), the total built up area is 61872.43 m2 contents the parking area and shelter in basemenat, workshop, laboratories, classrooms, services and administration in the other floors.
