💵 KRW/USD Holds in the 1,440 Range | Historic Records in the Korean Stock Market
This week, the KRW/USD exchange rate fell to around 1,420 mid-week as the Korean won strengthened. However, toward the end of the week, large-scale stock selling by foreign investors pushed the rate back up, closing at 1,441.
🌍 Global stock markets entered a cautious phase due to high inflation, concerns surrounding the AI industry, Middle East risks, and uncertainty over Trump’s tariff policies.
📈 The Korean stock market surpassed the 6,000-point mark, led by semiconductor and automobile sectors. However, significant foreign investor sell-offs were observed toward the weekend.

यस हप्ता वोन/डॉलर विनिमय दर हप्ताको बीचमा वोन बलियो बन्दै करिब 1,420 स्तरसम्म झरेको थियो। तर हप्ताको अन्त्यतिर विदेशी लगानीकर्ताको ठूलो मात्रामा शेयर बिक्रीका कारण फेरि बढेर 1,441 मा बन्द भयो।
🌍 विश्व शेयर बजार उच्च मुद्रास्फीति, AI उद्योगप्रतिको अनिश्चितता, मध्यपूर्व जोखिम तथा ट्रम्पको भन्सार (ट्यारिफ) नीतिको अनिश्चितताका कारण केही समयका लागि सावधानीपूर्ण अवस्थामा प्रवेश गरेको छ।
📈 कोरियन शेयर बजार भने अर्धचालक (Semiconductor) र अटोमोबाइल क्षेत्रको नेतृत्वमा 6,000 अंक पार गर्न सफल भयो, तर सप्ताहन्तमा विदेशी लगानीकर्ताबाट ठूलो परिमाणमा बिक्री देखियो।
