Akka Pundit Sapheacha Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance, and H.E. Professor Koy Vanny, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Health, representing H.E. From 6 to 13 May 2026, the technical team of the General Department of Public-Private Partnerships (GDPPP), joined the Project Management Unit (PMU) and IOS Partners, the Transaction Advisor, in discussion meetings to collect data and inputs for the preparation of Pre-Feasibility Study for the New Ratanakiri Airport Project through Public-Private Partnerships (PPP). During this period, GDPPP team participated in meetings and consultations with relevant ministries and institutions, airline companies, airport operators, private sector representatives, as well as other relevant stakeholders.

Total outstanding balances and undisbursed commitments of ADB’s private sector transactions in Cambodia as of 31 December 2025 amounted to $22.51 million, representing 0.15% of ADB’s total private sector portfolio.
