Joy Stacy is passionate about research, strategy, branding, marketing, sales and solving problems in the business of beauty and fashion. Drawing from her international business background, she realized the potential to fuse her expertise with her love for the industry. She now channels her energy into empowering beauty and fashion businesses - allowing them to focus on what they truly enjoy doing.

She’s building the first Pan-African consultancy of its kind where the best brands – making products with the African in mind – get the support they need to build credibility in the Kenyan market thereby increasing their sales. The concept behind it is to enhance the confidence in our skin, continent and heritage as Africans.

She showcased the true beauty of African women through a pandemic makeup campaign focused on helping makeup enthusiasts get the motivation to create. Within less than 2 weeks, over 100 women in Kenya, Nigeria, Egypt, Australia and the UK had engaged with this challenge.

She’s led brand accelerator projects at Workspace Global, a Forbes listed tech platform that connects businesses to remote African teams and delivers creative projects at scale. Here she contributed to repeat business averaging $2,000 every month.

In 2021, she was identified among the top 5% of talent in Africa by the African Leadership Group and received a $3,000 scholarship for 21st century skills training for 100 Africans after a rigorous selection process.

She was also a marketing and content consultant at Uncover Skincare for two years, during which she contributed to garnering a community of 80K+ women globally. The business raised $2.4M between 2022 and 2024 to scale across Africa.

A fun fact about her is that she’s a certified mixologist by Bacardi.
