Last Thursday and Friday, the Transnep team came together for a two-day strategy session focused on reflection, alignment and preparing for our next phase of growth.

The Kenya School of Sales (KSS) took the team through an engaging Sales Masterclass, challenging us to rethink how we sell, how we create value for our clients and, importantly, how we differentiate the Transnep brand in an increasingly competitive market.

The session also provided an opportunity to review the year so far; celebrating our wins, identifying the gaps and tightening the bolts on the areas that require greater focus as we work towards achieving our 2026 objectives.
