We provide periodic reports on progress of the debt collection exercise assigned to us. We operate on the principle no collection no commission after evaluating all the debts to be outsourced. The first step involves preparing the requirements checklist, going through the reconciliations to ensure the debt as per outstanding balance is fully supported. We propose to provide you efficient Debt Collection services at the rate of between 10% and 30% depending on the amount and age of the debt. We also consider distance covered to collect from our office in Nairobi. The exercise involves a lot of traveling to physically locate the debtors, calling and daily follow ups. We also have a unique product dubbed Accounts Receivable Audit (AR Audit). This involves combing through all your debtors portfolio and establishing their status. This process immediately triggers your customers to start paying their due invoices and informs you the business manager the actual position of your debtors portfolio as per the aging report. This we do at a rate of 5% of the whole debtors portfolio and is payable on signing the agreement. The exercise takes three to six months. We have been appointed by Metropol Credit Reference Bureau (AGENT NO. 005006) as their outlet for credit referencing services. With this, we are able to advise our clients on risk analysis. This also greatly enhances our capacity to collect and curb credit risks and thus improve cash flow in business. We update you on your clients CRB Status and facilitate issuance of CRB Reports and CRB Clearance Certificates on request.
