🌍 Highlights from Haugekonferansen 2024 in Bergen, Norway!

From November 8-9, DDFinance AS attended this inspiring event organized by the Hauge Business Network - HBN. The conference, inspired by Hans Nielsen Hauge, celebrates innovation and strong leadership to make society better.

Through seminars, conversations, workshops, and networking opportunities, it brings together people of all ages to spark positive change.

Our CEO, Jan Martin Hunderi Martin, and Co-Founder and Chairwoman, Henni Aasen, took part in a session on "Community Building in Practice," exploring impactful ways to foster inclusive, resilient communities.

During a panel discussion at the Financial Inclusion Conference & Investor Expo 2024, organized by the Association of Microfinance Institutions - Kenya (AMFI-Kl), Jan Martin Hunderi, CEO of DDFinance was asked:

‘’How can data analytics and big data be leveraged to identify and prioritize sustainable investment opportunities that promote effective financial inclusion?’’

In this video excerpt, Jan shares his insights on the role of technology in driving financial inclusion. During the session, he also addressed several other key topics, including digital microinsurance and sustainable finance.

Both existing and new group customers of Caritas Microfinance Bank will now digitally access microinsurance services.

DDFinance at FINCON 2024: A Recap of the Two-Day Event

The Financial Inclusion Conference & Investor Expo 2024 took place on September 25th and 26th in Nairobi, organized by the Association of Microfinance Institutions - Kenya (AMFI-K), bringing together key players from the microfinance sector to explore collaboration and address industry needs.

DDFinance's CEO, Jan Martin Hunderi, actively participated in discussions on the transformative role of technology and data in enhancing microinsurance for underserved communities.

During the event, key themes such as partnership synergy, technological innovation, and sustainable financing were highlighted as essential for promoting financial inclusion in Kenya.
