Retirement plan

Here are a few strategies

What's your ideal life looking like currently? What's your passion?
How much do you spend on daily basis.

Real Estate Investments
Rental Properties: Buy property and rent it out for monthly cash flow.

Calculation example

FV = P × [((1 + r)^nt – 1) / r]

Where:

FV = future value ($7,000,000)

P = monthly contribution

r = annual return / 12 = 0.07 / 12 ≈ 0.00583

nt = 12 × 35 = 420 months
