To help investors choose their ideal investment opportunity, The Capital Platforms is able to give a full range of Venture opportunities classified in terms of respective industries or/and duration of the transaction maturity. Financiers or business angels are able to enter their investment preferences within their profile and their email notifications are filtered by these factors., but they are not restricted to this preferences such that collective investment to a venture is also allowed. This system work in such a way where for every listed venture opportunity all are allowed to invest to a minimum of $10 and a maximum of the equitable capital listed in the particular venture on a first come first get bid. An investor’s percentage invested value in the particular investment venture is used to calculate his/her profits to same ratio of his/her invested value in the particular investment venture to the total equitable capital of the particular investment venture
The Capital Platforms receives proposals from registered contractors. These proposals then undergo authentication process which handles issues in relation to viability of the particular proposal. Some of the main factors considered include: legality, liquidity, risks involved and ability to cab them, duration of the project being proposed and budgetary.
Only the approved proposal are listed in The Capital Platforms for the sole purpose of funding from investors. All contractors can double up as investors and all investors can double up as contractors but NOTE IT IS NOT A MUST terms and conditions applies.
The Capital Platforms takes full liability of the projects listed. The budget of the project is raised in doubles i.e 200% with The Capital Platforms raising the first 100% and investors raising another 100% ON A FIRST BID FIRST GET BASIS. Where investors bids accrue to the budgeted figure within the specific time frame and this details is shared to all the investors in their capitalplatforms.com pages. This goes on till when the ASK is CLOSED and no one else can further invest in the particular project. All the investors in a particular project are notified and a social chat page on the said project is initiated by the administration of The Capital Platforms.(Note a bid must be executed and funds transferred)
In cases where an investor want an exit from the particular project he/she/It/they will be bought out by The Capital Platforms 100% shares on stand by.
The Capital Platforms will oversee the ex*****on of the project and may hire some of the contractors listed for consultancy or/and the very ex*****on of the particular project.
The contractor whose project is listed is automatically entitled to 10% -to-50% of the profit of the said project depending on (legality, liquidity, risks involved and ability to cab them, duration of the project being proposed and budgetary/expenses) while the investors profit is calculated to the ration of his/her/its/their contribution of the 100% capital need for the ex*****on of the same. Note that all this information is available for every listed venture such that one can only invest in a project of their choice.
All contractors and Investors will be issued with a Capital Platforms Debit card which is visa electron enabled and attached to your Capital Platforms account. All their equities will be remitted via the same. And we also encourage the use of the same when investing.
