• 7+ years’ experience in Facets Product.
• Strong knowledge of Facets Configuration Services, Facets Configuration Testing Services.
• Sound knowledge in Facets Database & US healthcare.

Control Incident Management
* Managing incident life cycle.
* Raising, updating and closing incidents.
* Coordination for assignment/corrective action.
* Regular tracking and escalation.
* Aggregating the incidents from risk perspective.
* Trending and Analysis.
Reporting
* Functional reporting to Technology business units.
* Management reporting.
* Ad-HOC reporting.
Communication
* Coordination with stakeholders via oral and written communications.
* Escalations as appropriate.
* Handling meetings/communication with Technology teams.
High level Requirements:
* In depth understanding of risks and controls (information security and technology risk)
* Hands on experience in information security / technology risk function (preferably in financial services industry)
* Hands on experience in incident lifecycle management / problem management.
* Excellent oral and written communication.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of excel macro would be add-on.

We have announced each of them with surprise gift. We have Yanata san who has been working at Intersoft for 9 years and he will mark 10 years of service come spring. For the recognition of his dedication, we have deiced to give ipad as a special prize.
