REF: POSTPONEMENT OF K-NADS 2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Following the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak and subsequent advisories from the CDC, WHO and various Heads of Governments and States, in consultation with the Commissioner for Cooperative Societies' office in Nairobi, we wish to announce the POSTPONEMENT of the Kenya North America Diaspora SACCO (K-NADS) 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) initially scheduled for April 24-25 2020 in Baltimore Maryland, USA.

According to the guidelines from the Office of the Commissioner for Cooperative Societies, the AGM must be held face to face and an acceptable quorum established. Therefore, a virtual AGM is not an option. We will continue to monitor the situation as it develops and follow the guidelines that will be available to us to reschedule the AGM. A reasonable notice announcing the new dates will be communicated when such a time comes.
