We are seeking dynamic, results-driven Branch Managers to lead and grow our logbook loans and check-off loans business across multiple locations in Kenya.
Available Locations:
Nairobi, Thika, Machakos, Kisumu, Kitui, Eldoret, Voi, Kisii, Kitengela
Position: Branch Manager
As a Branch Manager, you will take full ownership of branch performance by driving sales, building high-performing teams, and introducing a vibrant, results-oriented digital marketing culture to expand our customer reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily branch operations
Drive aggressive sales growth for logbook and check-off loan products
Recruit, train, and build a strong, high-performing sales team
Lead staff performance, discipline, and productivity
Introduce and champion digital marketing strategies (social media, online campaigns, lead generation)
Identify and exploit new business opportunities within your region
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure strict adherence to credit policies and risk management procedures
Monitor branch targets, performance metrics, and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in financial services/lending
Proven experience in team recruitment and leadership
Strong sales and business development track record
Hands-on experience or strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
