Watkins Junior Center OVC Watkins Junior center O.V.C is an orphanage where orphaned and vulnerable children are cared for by showing love ,educating and feeding them.

Also they are supported to get health services. Out of 120 children 20 of them are housed in the orphanage.

Which is a big challenge.
The system of 6-3-3 is very expensive compared to 8-4-4
