JOB Vacancy: Customer Service Representative –a Lady!

First Chartered is a new full service insurance agency providing Motor vehicle, Medical, Home, Travel, Personal Accident & various Business insurance products placing them with top notch Insurance companies of your choice.

We are looking for passionate Customer Service Representative to professionally Interact with our customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Our Customer Service Representative will communicate with internal and external customers about intermediate underwriting guidelines, policies and marketing initiatives to service customer accounts. You will be required utilize competencies and skills to provide a positive customer experience.

Essential Job Functions Our Customer Service Representatives:
• Answer phone calls and e-mails.
• Analyze, clarify and resolve intermediate policy and account related questions from internal and external customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries through appropriate mediums
• Continue to build personal skill sets by participating in in-house or outside insurance or industry related courses and seminars as deemed necessary to expand product and system knowledge.
• Stay current with relevant product(s).
• Understand and strive to support organization’s overall strategy.
• Model First Chartered core values.
Education Requirements College Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
Experience : Insurance Sales will be an added advantage.
Location:Kimumu Office (Eldoret) –preferrably a resident from Kimumu neighbourhood.
Preferred Skills & Abilities: Marketing/Sales & Computer skills.
