今日は
「お正月に着物を着たいから」と
とてもかっこいい着姿で
お店に来てくださった方がいらっしゃいました✨
着物を着る“場”がない、
そう言われることもあります。
でも私は、
着物は特別な式典の日だけでなく
自分自身を大切に過ごしたい日や
誰かに気持ちを届けたい日
に着ていただけたら嬉しいな、と思っています。
いまこの時間を大切に過ごしたい。
そんな想いを、言葉にする前に
そっと心を身にまとっていく。
最近、とてもおしゃれな方と
ご一緒させていただくことがあるのですが
「◯◯さんと会うから、おしゃれしてきたんだよ」
と言ってくださるんです。
その言葉が、なんだかとても嬉しくて。
以前こんな言葉を頂きました。
「相手に会う衣装は、相手への敬意に比例する」。
それは誰かに向けてでもいいし、
自分自身に向けてでも
いいのかもしれません。
そんな想いを大切にしながら、
ななほうは着物を届けていきたいです🥰
今日のお着物は、
白生地からお好みのお色に染めていただいたもの。
おnewの羽織紐のカラシ色も素敵で、
帯は博多織。
良いものって、
その場の空気まで
そっと整えてくれますね。
深呼吸して、
新しい一年を
心地よくスタートしてもらえたら嬉しいです！

Today,
someone came into the shop wearing a beautifully styled kimono, saying,
“I want to wear kimono for the New Year.”
I often hear people say,
“There’s no occasion to wear kimono.”
But to me,
kimono isn’t only for formal ceremonies.
I hope it can be worn on days
you want to cherish for yourself,
or on days
you want to quietly deliver your feelings to someone.
To value this moment, here and now.
Before words are spoken,
you gently clothe yourself with your heart.
Recently, I’ve had the chance to spend time with someone very stylish,
and they once said to me,
“I dressed up because I was going to meet you.”
That simple phrase made me so happy.
I was once given these words:
“The clothes you choose to meet someone in
are proportional to the respect you have for them.”
That respect can be for someone else,
or perhaps
for yourself as well.
With those thoughts in mind,
Nanaho wishes to continue delivering kimono with care and intention.
Today’s kimono was dyed from white silk fabric
into a color chosen by the wearer.
The new mustard-yellow haori cord was a beautiful accent,
and the obi was Hakata-ori.
Truly good things
have the power to gently harmonize the atmosphere around them.
Take a deep breath,
and may the new year begin
in a calm and comfortable way.
