We are an Irish couple, currently living near Soverato, Calabria. Now that we are living in Southern Italy we realize how important it is to have someone you can rely on to manage your property in your absence. Someone you can trust, to check your property regularly, to ensure your home is not being used without your knowledge, to respond quickly to any emergencies or to have a friendly face to greet your guests. Living here in Calabria, with our knowledge of the area and close contact with the local community, we can offer you a professional and cost effective solution to maintaining your investment or your home abroad. We know how difficult it can be buying abroad, how frustrating it can feel to be so far away and not be able to pick up the phone and speak to someone in your own language. We are here to help you, to alleviate some of this pressure and to make the process somewhat easier so that you can finally enjoy your place in the sun.
