Job Description:

We are always looking for qualified Sales Representatives to join our constantly growing team.


SUPERVISION and ORGANIZATIONAL HIERARCHY

Sales Representative is under the supervision of the Sales manager OR District Manager.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Demonstrates products and services to existing & potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
•Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and potential customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
•Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers
•Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
•Establishes and maintains materials relating to sales and knowledge of current products;
•Implements action plans and schedules
•Develops a list of necessary business contacts and clients (Targeting);
•Deals with customers’ complaints;
•Manages customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns
•Manages time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the sales team
•Presents a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
•Obtains and delivers accurate information relating to shipment dates and expected date of delivery
•Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
•Prepares daily and monthly status reports
•Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
•Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
•Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and potential customers.
•Keeps track of products applications, technical improvements, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through reading relevant literature
•Participates in trade shows, exhibitions and conventions.
•Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
