Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance for IFC project, including, administrative functions, preparation of documents, and preparation of weekly/monthly reports to supervisor
- Preparation of quarterly report to be submitted to client (IFC)
- Identify new training providers and ensure that they deliver the agreed results based on their business plans and submit timely reports
- To ensure BE training courses are delivered as per quality standards
- To assess the impact of BE training courses on SMEs and the training participants
- To increase the outreach of BE products and services to more SMEs and more provinces in Iraq
- Executes work plans to meet the needs and requirements of the project
- Manage day-to-day supervisor interaction; communicates effectively with IFC to identify needs; and maintains follow up with supervisor and IFC
- Attend project related meetings and represent 4points in various settings
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to supervisors
- Plan and adhere to project timelines and deadlines
- Work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervisors
-Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change
Qualifications:
- Minimum four year university degree
- Experience with program management
- Preferably worked with USAID, UN, International NGO or other international
implementing partner
- Ability to interface and communicate with co-workers and clients effectively
- Multi-tasking abilities and detail oriented
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under stress in a challenging environment
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
