A Dark Day in Pahalgam – We Must Stand United Against Terror
I am deeply saddened and outraged by the brutal terrorist attack on innocent tourists in Pahalgam. This cowardly and inhumane act is not just a crime against individuals, but an attack on the very soul of our society. Harming peaceful visitors, who came to enjoy the beauty and serenity of our land, is an act that must be condemned in the strongest possible terms.
There is absolutely no justification for such violence. It serves no cause, no religion, and no ideology. It only spreads fear, grief, and destruction.
My heartfelt condolences go out to the families who lost their loved ones, and I pray for the speedy recovery of all those who were injured. In these difficult times, our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families.
We urge the authorities to take swift and decisive action to bring the perpetrators to justice. At the same time, stronger preventive measures must be implemented to ensure the safety of every individual—resident or tourist—who walks our streets.
Let us come together as one community, standing united against hatred and violence. Peace, unity, and humanity must always prevail over fear and terror.
