From Employee to Partner – My Leadership Journey
In 2006, I started my career as an employee.
Over the years, I worked as a Branch Head.
I held the position of Assistant Vice President.
I worked with different companies and gained valuable experience.
But deep inside, I knew something was missing.
I was working hard…
But I was building someone else’s asset.
Three years ago, after carefully studying the Tata AIA business model,
I saw something different.
I saw a system.
I saw a step-by-step growth structure.
I saw the opportunity to build my own asset.
I saw time freedom.
I saw true leadership.
What attracted me most was the dual career path: • Leader of Advisors
• Leader of Leaders
And when the journey moves to the Partner level,
You become part of the company’s Core Committee —The top leadership circle across India.
Today, I am proud to share
I am among the 140 core committee members across India.
It was once a dream.
Today, it is my reality.
In just 3 years, I built:
• 1500+ Advisors
• 160+ Leaders
• Multiple leaders earning 4–5 Lakhs per month
My previous annual income as a Branch Head was around ₹15 Lakhs.
Today, I earn multiple times that —
With time freedom and leadership leverage.
