One shoot of bamboo starts yielding from the second year and is a long term plant and hardly requires replantation. The minimum age of bamboo is 40 years and above.
The scheme is that, you have to invest Rs. 5000/- ( Rs. Five thousand) only, for one bamboo shoot. We would allocate you one bamboo shoot along with 40 sqft (fourth sqft) of land. On paying Rs. 5000/- you would enter into three agreements.
A) This agreement would be for 12% tax free returns.
B) 40 sqft of land along with one bamboo shoot would be leased out to you for ten years. After ten years the agreement would automatically terminated.
C) The second agreement would give us the right to us for development of the land, planting, grooming, maintaining, cutting and selling of the bamboo on you behalf.
For both these agreements we would charge a fee in exchange. Every year the bamboos would be cut and sold in the market.
