Product Details which we deal with:
1. Builder Finance: Any Builder with Past Experience having all the compliances in place for a certain project can get finance from Banks, Financial Institutions or Privately.
2. If the builder is in stress and is unable to construct the balance project, we can help in getting funds either from “Stressed fund Institutions” or Privately by getting him a JV Partner or else if he also is interested in quitting the project, we can help him in getting the other developer company.
3. Private Loan Against Property: We arrange Loan Against Property from private financers who lend the money 50% of the property value @2% Per Month and the tenure is depending on the party how much he requires, generally it’s for 1 to 2 years. Private financer does the Agreement for Sale and that stamp duty can be paid by financer himself but will be adjusted in the client’s account.
4. We arrange third party collateral security for those companies who have the sanctions in place but are unable to get loan due to non-availability of collateral security. The deal between the two parties will be sharing of loan amount 50% - 50% and both will pay their individual repayments.
5. We do any kind of structured funding for any kind of loan required by any company.
