🏔️ Scaling New Heights – Mt. Elbrus Summit!

On 26th July 2025, our Director, Mr. Harshad Nemade .sh.the , successfully summitted his second seven-summits, Mt. Elbrus (5642 m), the highest peak in Europe! This achievement marks yet another milestone in his mountaineering journey after Mt. Kilimanjaro (5,895 m), the highest peak in Africa.

His climb to Elbrus was definitely challenging – battling the freezing temperatures, chilling winds, steep icy slopes reaching 70° incline, and thin air at high altitude demanded superlative fitness, grit, preparation and solid focus.

What makes this feat remarkable is how Mr. Nemade relates mountain lessons to daily leadership at work. Just like on the mountain:

🥾 Planning ahead is vital, but adaptability is the real key when conditions change.
🥾 Training & preparation build the foundation – success at high altitudes, like in business, comes from consistent practice and discipline long before the actual challenge.
